Had three razor cell phones in six months from this co. The first one burned up in my pocket they sent me another one and charged me for the S&H even though the phane was only a month old. That phone lasted 3-4 days and the screen went blank, in the meantime I was using one of my old phones. My new arives and before I put the second one in the box to be sent back to t-mobil I turned it on and the screen came on, I sent it back anyway and when I got my next months bill there was not only a charge for the previous month which was paid they tried to get me for $117.05 for the phone I sent back saying that it had liquid damage.

The phone never left my bedroom and i sent them back a perfectly good phone and they are telling me it had liquid damage (bull shit), when i asked them to prove it they said they can't, then they said they cannot get in touch with the manufacture, then they said they paid the manufacture for the phone then i asked them to prove that and they said they can't.

I told them that I was going to pay my current usage charge ($77.00) they said they couldn't guarantee my service not being inturpted. They also said there is a letter sent to me in Florida (where I live) I am in new jersey until 10/19 and wanted this $117.00 dispute held off until I get my mail and take it from there. They did admit over the phone that I did pay my last bill as ususl but it is still on my bill to this day. I am going to contact the public advocates office and most likley will end up in court with this theiving RIP-0FF OUTFIT. I went out and got Metro pcs which is saving me $25.00 a month. I had it with them and they are probably going to try to report to the credit reporting companys because Ibroke their so called contract. I was with this company for 7 years. The communication companys in this country are getting way out of hand..
