This is a scam and they have sucker my elderly mother into sending them money over and over. Has any body reported these people. They keep sending her letters telling her she has won millions of dollars and to respond rapidly and send them $40.00. She is 75 years old and had a stroke and she can't even balance her check book and she keeps sending these idiots money!
