Bank of America tarketing accounts for overdraft fees

I am a senior citizen with COPD and unable to visit my branch -but I have done so several times-to no avail!!!

I have the came complaint as "mike" Melville Massachusetts-Sept 29 08

My balance was at 3pm and the check was paid—at 6pm the balance was negative with an overdraft charge. There iS no help from the bank-if this was a small company, they would be investigated by the Attorney General..
