This scrumbag tried to collect money that was not owed, in a case where there was never any debt. The letter says that if I do not respond in 30 days disputing the claim they have the right to enter and by degfault win a judgement against me! How can they do this when it is not legitimate in the first place.

Of course that may be a scare tactic to get people to pay when they do not owe, but it also makes me fear that even though they have no right, they could get a judgement against me on stautory grounds due to our laws. Now I have to take my time jumping through hoops to make sure that does not happen to me. This crook should be locked away!
