I purchased medication on 6/26/09 and they were to be delivered in 3 days, that haven't been delivered yet

I placed this order on 6/26/08, and was told it would be delivered in 3 days by DHL. I have constantly written because their phone did not work most of the time and when it did it would just ring and ring. I got someone to anwer once and they told me it was sent to shipment. I have made so many inquiries about this order and they either ignore me or just write saying it is in shipment. I still not to this day received this package. I paid $189.00 for this product. I asked them to remburse my credit card, they said they would but they have not yet.
I think that something should be done about this company. They are scamming people big time and should be fined if not shut down altogher.
