Sent stuff I didn't order and charged my credit card

I just got my credit card statement and I have been charged not only the $4.87 for postage on the "sample& pay for postage only", but also for $74.76 for a product I didn't order and do not want.
One of the persons on this complaint log asked why we didn't stop shipment.
Just how are you going to stop shippment within 10 days (if that's what it said) if you can't get in touch with the company?
