I have never seen a business run the way they run theirs. They treat employees like slaves and expect them to eat, live and sleep Heritage, meanwhile they show no appreciation. Employees are given 3 days notice when they are mandated to work on a Saturday. Empoyees are not able to plan events, especially during the holiday season, as they never know when they will have to work a Saturday. It's bad enough that they are required to take their vacation time during only 2 months of the year. They try and buy their employees by bringing beer into work with them and letting them drink at the end of the day once in a while. Do they think everyone is a drunk and they can get over like that? They show favortism to certain employees while they slave drive others. They are extremely inconsiderate and selfish and I strongly advise that anyone looking to work for their company rethink that decision.
