Clicked web site for I tunes. Was charged 34.95,34.95,44.83. Recieved nothing

Was brousing the web. I came upon an I tunes site with offer of 3 years of m usic downloads for $34.95. Sounded good so i joined. Have been charged $34.95, $34.95 & $44.83 and haven't got a dam thing. I am in process of disputing this with PayPal.
