Misrepresented themselves as a company providing I-tunes downloads Ripoff

I typed I-tunes into the Google search engine and this company appeared in the highlighted names at the top of the search. I assumed the legitimacy of the firm from its prominence and highlighting. Not only does the company take the charges it atates and does not provide a service, but it adds other chasrges with no metion until AFTER billing. I am amazed that a company can do this and get away with it more than ince - it is simply misrepresentation and theft. Why are I-Tunes and Google not tracing the people responsible and reporting them to the police, wherever they are?
