They took our son for neglect and child pornograghy, and the police has no supporting evidence at all! It's been nearly 3 weeks since they have our son

CPS has no proof of the false allegations that were made against me and my sons mother. The police took everything from my home and has it in the written statements that there is no proof! But yet CPS is still holding my child in foster care and it has been nearly 3 weeks. We need help!!! My son has the worse case of diaper rash and is sick. They are not taking care of my son! Here's a letter that I wrote to consumer affairs, and they are no help at all!!!

My name is Senrick Wilkerson, and I am emailing you this letter to inform you that CPS is not handling my our case fairly. My son was removed from my homw because there was a warrant issued against me and my girlfriend Terri Jennings on September 4, and my home was raided on September 7. The criminal case pending against us are false and we have yet to have a court date. The police took computers from my home and has failed to find any evidence supporting the charges of child pornography! It states in the report that Terri and I must have purchased a new computer, so I took it upon myself to go to Renta Center and get a print out of the computer that I purchased just a year ago. Its the same computer and I will hand that over to my CPS attorney tomorrow. ATo my understanding CPS does not want our child but they will not do a home visit to my sisters home and its been 2 weeks now! The case worker Carrie Wright has stated that my sister has food stamp fraud, and thats there is a hold up. My sister went to the welfare office and there's no such case on her at all. CPS has gone as far as tell me that they have looked me up and noted that I make over $183,000 per year, and asked me over and over about what cars that are registrated in my name. That has nothing to do with us getting my child back! CPS has an attorney for my son, and she will not return any calls to my lawyer or my girlfriends lawyer. My son has a very bad diaper rash and he is not doing well with the CPS foster care people at all. They are not doing anything that they are supposed to do and my son is only 15 months old. Terri' and I know who called CPS on us and told them all those false things. I do not trust that CPS is handling our situation the way should. My son should be home with us because we got arrested and they should have concrete evidence before the removal of a child! They have no such evidence and we have complied with what they have asked. The police are trying to prove that there was child pornography going, took all of our computers and had an expert to clean out our modems, and found absolutely nothing! Our court date is Friday September 19, at 8:30am. They are trying to keep our son away from us because the police have no evidence on the charges that we were arrested on. I was home along with my son Airic, and his mom was out of town visiting friends. I gave CPS my sisters number so that they could contact her and get my son to her mmediately. Not once did they call here. My sister called them and also went to the first meeting with us to see the case worker Carrie Wright. They are not doing their job!!! My sister has a copy of the report from the welfare office stating that there are no such charges on her of food stamp fraud inwhich Carrie Wright gave reason for the delay. I set up a meeting with the case worker Carrie Wright to come over and visit my home just so she would see how well my son is safe and free from harm, on this past Monday. I showed her my bank statements from the past six months since she said I made over $183,000 per year. My sisters jaguar has been parked outside my home for months and she questioned me about who owned the car and what cars did I have in my name. What does that have to do with the false charges against me and Airic's mother? My sister Charolette Holland was arrested on an old traffic ticket from late 1994, about 2 or 3 months ago and Carrie said that it's not the reason why they are being held up on getting my son to my sisters and out of foster care. My son does not belong there!!! CPS is doing a horrible job at trying to ruin my son of 15 months old. They only danger that he was in was when the police busted down my door and held guns in his face!!! If I had a warrant issed on the 4th, why would CPS wait until 3 days later to come and investigate my home for such charges and remove him since the rumors were so cruel? It was all a set up by a Brandie Mathis/Glasco/Kent because she is a good friend of the vice police in Dallas whose names are Ray Martinez and Michael Mcmurray. I need your help because CPS is ruining my sons life already. We thought that CPS has to have concrete evidence in order to remove your child. Anyone can call in and makeup some false accusastions on thet next person, and here's CPS running in to remove your child. They have the police report from the warrant and they have read that there's no evidence anywhere to support the reasons for them to not return my son home where he belongs.
