Adzact Ltd. / Dave Morris Fraud - yes according to Webster... These people should be investigated... Masters at lip service and lies

In April 24 I was solicited by Scott Marshall of Adzact Ltd. Company with respect to a "wonderful" home based opportunity. After several weeks of back and forth questions and answers I parted with $5,125.00 of very hard earned money to go the extra mile for a site which would help me be a stay at home parent. They got my money and forgot I was a customer...

Fast forward to June 25 - Mr. Dave Morris of Adzact contacted me in upon receiving notification of my complaint to the Arizona Attorney General's office. He gave great promises of resolving this within 2 weeks, a month at most and even offered to refund one half of my investment (which he did). My last communication from him was August 1st. Again, I emailed him to have him refund the remainder of the money and he asked for a contract to be "faxed back" to him... I have never received a contract from Adzact... And told me they were ready to "deliver on their promise" - Spare me... They don't know the meaning of the word promise.

After years as a professional in the business world, I have never encountered a business so unprofessional and deceiving... They should be thoroughly investigated and if I have my way, I will see that this is done. My nature is not confrontational, but I am ready to go the distance to see that this company does not do this to anyone else - as honest people in the working world, it is a sin that we should have to be subject to this type of business practice... Unite with me in moving this forward to investigation.
