Such professionalism... Not!

My office received a third call from this firm by an agent calling himself "Scott" (all calles are recorded due to the nature of our business). He asked for My wife and I said she is not available this is Jason, her husband what can I do for you? Scott quickly stated, "oh, your obviously not... (Tamera) and you can help me by killing yourself". At this point "Scott hung up and I called back and reported him to his superior and co-owner Ron Beneduce Jr. Mr. Beneduce had infomred me that My wife had gone online and requested some work at home business opportunity info. I informed Mr. Beneduce that My wife lives quite comfortably as I make well over 7 figures and she didn't need any work from home opportunity info and to please take our name off of their list. As far as I know nothing has been done to correct this matter. A call was made back to my office twelve mintues later and was auto forwarded to our attorney's office regarding this matter and apparently it was Mr. Beneduce Jr. Following up to say that we had been taken off of their list. Our attorney informed Mr. Beneduce Jr. That the call was recorded and that we were filing suite against their firm for repeated soliciation after we had asked to be taken off their list prior to today's call. Our attorney advised them they should seek and consult legal counsel, thanked him for his time and hung up.
