Deceived me into ordering free cd

Approximately eight months ago I responded to an email ad from Ryder Marketing offering me a free Income Cloner CD. I had to pay the shipping and handling costs.

I have no doubt there was a multple page disclaimer in very fine print which no doubt stated I would receive a shipment each month of one Income Coner CD for the total amount of $104 95 for product and shipping costs. No where in the email ad was there any reference to this requirement.

I have been receiving a shipment of a Income Cloner CD and billed $104.95 each month for the past seven months. I have tried to get it stopped by calling them to request stopping the shipment but I continue to receive the CDs each month and billed the $104.95.

I seldom read the disclaimer on responding to an offer of this type as the print is so tiny and goes on and on for several pages. I am a trusting person and assume the company is completely honest and staighttforward. Ryder Marketing Inc has caused me to revise that assumption.
