We need to put these guys out of business!

Basically the same story as everyone else. They charged our cc on 5/24/08; said they shipped on 5/28/08; nothing received and no response from company by 6/11/08 so we cancelled our order and filed a dispute with our cc. On 7/1/08 we received a package from originalkeyless which we signed for and then took to the post office unopened as a refusal of delivery.

Now it gets really bad! We received notice from our cc company that the vendor SAYS they have no record of the merchandise being returned. Luckily the post office has a record of the refusal and delivery or we would be out $170 because the cc company says they have to have proof we sent the merchandise back. We cancelled our card. I am filing a report with the BBB and AZ Consumer Affairs office. Just because these issuse are getting resolved does not mean we should let these guys continue to stay in business!!!
