Was pulled over in the city of Covina, after Dental surgery, i told the officer, which i had just explained to him, about the dental surgery, i had just put my seatbelt on after i saw him, he said it was just a fix-it ticket, like a parking violation? So i thought nothing of it, shortly after, i receive this notice in the the mail, with no courtesy notice, by the way! With a $1000.00 bail, wage garnishment, property seizure, etc... Ohh, and this is my first violation, also, clear past record! These crooks should be stopped, i know we are in a financial, crisis, but this no way to collect extra revenue!
