Scam

I too had exactly the same experience, same names, ryan cruz, justin smith. Same amount too 5484, I didnt get as far as actually doing anything to pay on this, just enquired how to take care of this and was told they would call me back with information. I then called my local police and was told this is a scam, looked online and found all this same information. I have filed a report with the fbi and the attorney general. I am calling my local pd and filing with them tommorrow. Watch out I almost went the next step to giving them money. Dont!!
