I called my bank to let them know of a deposit from school. The teller on the phone said well you are negative in your checking and savings account. Estimated 7,000.

These "lawyers" put a subpoena on my account for 1,772. The bank by law has to double this amount. Which I don't fully understand because my account was already negative... How do you take money from nothing.

I have tried settling and find only ignorant people answering their phones or there is no answer at all...

Does anyone have any other ideas as to how this can be taken care of?
