I signed up for a 6 month contract - got HORRIBLE SERVICE! The managers made appointments for me without consulting me - in the middle of the day - I have a job, and they never even asked me before they did it. I had one good trainer, it took me a month to get him, then after two months he quit and I was back to getting screwed around with appointments. After 6 months, I stopped going, not realizing they would AUTO-RENEW my account, and then they didn't answer phone calls, emails or faxes. Their "office address" that is listed on the website is a mailbox.

I finally had to go to the bank and put a stop on my account - but I don't know how I am going to get back all of the money they stole from me.

They really don't answer calls or emails - they really are UNPROFESSIONAL.
