1and1.com, 1&1 Internet, lied, would not transfer, delay, sent to collections for sevices cancelled

I ordered a package deal with name registration and website creator. Their service will not accept.html codes or allow embedding; something basic. To get this I would have to pay additional. At that time I asked to have my names transferred away to another company. 60 days must apply before this can happen. I transferred them away on day 61. Two months later they still had not transferred even though I initiated it twice. I did not want to cancel the account as my domain names were still with them. After wasting many hours on the phone, they finally released them one day into my next six month renewal. I canceled that day (having no hosting or names with them). Now they have sent me to collections over less than $50 because I had lost my card and had it replaced with a new account number. I told them I would not pay as they wouldn't release my domain names in a timely manner. They agreed it was their fault, but have sent me to collection over $48. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I am willing to do what everit takes to put these liars out of business.
