Harrassing phone calls with nobody on the line when I answe

These people keep calling me several times a day but don't pickup. Some representative of the company posted a rebuttal stating that they have an escalation department. When I talked to him about the problem, he said they had an automated calling system and that was probably the issue. I told him that he needed to google his number and check out all the complaints. He said he didn't have internet access. I told him that he needs to 'fix' his phone system and leave me alone.
