These people are not from a real debt collecting agency, if they were they wouldn't have a.Biz e-mail address. Also they would come up in some sort of a google search like real debt collecting agencies, ie. LHR inc.
Don't believe them when they call, it's just a scam to get you to pay off an old debt you probably already paid off.
