Lisa Hart Fraudster scammed me on lace wig

I looked online for a lace wig. I saw what I wanted at Lacewigzone.com and sent in an order. I got a call and completed the sale online with Lisa Hart. I also paid extra for a rush delivery.
4wks after the order and not receiving a word or order, I tried calling only for no one to pick up and voice mail was full. All attempts to reach lisa or the owner had proved futile. I later realised I have been scammed and ripped off.
I can't believe I fell into this trap, but I'm working with my credit card to see if my money can be forcefully refunded.
