Beauty-Lace Full lace Wig scam! Not a good deal

I found this website above and proceeded to use google checkout and pay via debit card for my full lace wig. This was on 11/13/08. I waited a couple of days and never received a tracking # or e-mail from the company so I called. This was on 11/18/08. When I called the phone number was not in service.

Upon further investigation of the website, I noticed that under the privacy policy link @ the top of the page there was wording in the text about 'The Hair Network'. I proceeded to The Hair Network.com website and saw the same pictures used in beauty-lace.

I called the REAL owner of the pictures and was told that those were her personal pictures and that beauty-lace was copying her images and site text. I thanked her and that is when I knew that I wasn't going to receive my product and began the proceedings of getting my money back from the bank. Today is 11/22/08 and I still have not heard or received anything.
