Paid for Next Day air could have paid for ground

I paid next day air through my bussiness for a crucial package to arrive next day by noon... Needless to say it arrived at the same time the ground package I sent the day before did!!! And to think they only charged me an extra $30.00!!! And the reason for this was it was raining... REALLY RAIN??? A hurricane yes, but rain??? BE SURE YOU ONLY USE FED-EX IF YOU NEED SOMETHING TO BE THERE ON TIME!!! Cause if it is raining you are screwed with UPS and they will not refund your money, due to weather delays... I bet it was not raining anywhere my package even went it is UPS way of not delivering and not making extra money!!!
