Illegally charged my mastercard for an un authorized charge for un known services

I authorized a one time people search for $2.95, I was charged for this and also a charge for $19.95 idenitiy protect subscription which I didn't want, or authorize. I have since called Mastercard and had this removed, but can't contact inleluis by email or phone... Obviously a scam company and am sorry I ever heard of them...
