Tom LaBarbra was hired to build our home for us. At first he sounded very sincere, but as the job went on my wife started getting complaints about Tom LaBarbera smelling of pot and alcohol. WE then approached him on the matter and asked him if he had a problem with drugs and he said yes. At this point our agreed contract started to double in cost over runs. This man not only stole from our home but new every trick in the book to lyi and cheet his customers. Dont be fooled buy this guy! He will cheet you and over bill you at every corner. This man actully stole from our home and from our children. Do not be fooled buy this man, or he will cheet you as well. Home owners be aware!
