Tom LaBarbera was recamended to us by one of our freinds. Come to find out they also had a disbute with him over money also. When he showed up on the job he was more than likly stoned, he always reeked of pot. We started to notice problems after the first bill. Lets make this short and sweet. Are deal was 13% SUPERVISON, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT and approx 2% for liability and workers comp and insurance.By the time he was finished we payed him over 20% because all of his cost over runs. This man sounded so sincere when we first started but between him and his wife the hole job became a nightmare. His big thing is no contract at all or a very simple two page contract that is very veg! All we are warning people about watch this guy he is a real snake in the grass.
