Rips Off Young Rider ripped off and scammed ripoff fraud business Katrya

A cross-country watch was oedered. The company responded to let me know how to pay for the merchandise - Pay-Pal. I did so. Never recieved the merchandise. Wrote several e-mails to both the cross country site and to the personwho has the paypal account for the company. No response. I complained to pay-pal. They investigated and wrote back that the seller is at fault, but that money could not be recovered.

Now I have notified my Visa and they also recommended that I contact you. This is a company that supposedly provides custom helmet cover for riders, blankets and sheets for horse, specialty bits, etc. It is mostly custom stuff. The watch I ordered is an instock item, not a custom piece. If you go to their site you'll find it. I got this site from other event riders and don't want other riders who are struggling to find the bucks to do an expensive sport on a shoestring to be ripped off. This was to be a Christmas present for my daughter who is an event rider. They advertised that their watch was better and less expensive than the one in the catalogs. I would have gladly paid the extra $25 to have had the watch for Christmas. How can I find these people? How do I warn others?
