Ripped Off and Ignored

On 8/15/08, I ordered the trial unit of Acai Pure. Due to the storms, this made this product unaffordable for me. On 8/25/08 I spoke to a rep. Named Dereck. I informed him that I did not want the product as I could not afford it and wanted it CANCELED. He assured me that I would not be charged and was to remove me from this. On 8/28/08 I received a call from a young lady asking me about the product. I told her that I had cancelled the product with Dereck on the 8/25/08. She wanted to know why. At the time of the call I was driving and I told her "I just cancelled as it was unaffordable for me at this time.

On 9/5/08 as I was checking my bank account, I noticed a charge for $39.95 for the Acai Pure. I was livid because this was cancelled. I have not rceived any product but my account was charged. I called the company and I got a voice mail/message center. I have yet to have a response. Due to this my mortgage check has bounced. Now, because of this my account is screwed up.

Apparently there are incompentent employees at this company. I did not care for the product and still have over half of the trial size left. I want my money back and my information deleted from this rip-off company. Help
