Took $3,300 from us and did nothing except vanish. No phone number worked! Letters were returned

They took money from us and made promises. Then four months went by and we realized we hadn't been contacted. When we tried to contact them they had vanished! Phone numbers were disconnected and letters were returned. I wrote FL attorney general in November and sent reams of paperwork - will justice be done? They are true rip-off artists. How do they sleep at night?
