Gave percentages of savings at fr that are not true, refused to refund money after i canceled

I called a few times to get a ok for drs. And found out the closes they could find was over 100 miles away, when I did find a dr closer. He told me to check this co. Out. They made promises of great % that is not true, and refused my money when i cancelled.
