Charged 9.95 month under Iaccess and charges for free paper supplies & ship

I have been trying for months to identify a 9.95 charge to my checking acct. Listed as I-Payment Iaccesssvc with no phone number - my bank was unable to identify it, either.

My bank finally told me to try a "Google" search, which netted me the information I needed. The charge was from my Credit Card Processer, Merchant Lynx, which allowed me to view my report on line. I knew nothing about it.

Today I called them in reference to a 10.00 charge which shows on my account with their name. This charge covers my FREE paper products and shipping, and a warranty on my credit card machine. I own the machine, and was certainly not aware that I was paying for a warranty on that, not to mention the fact that they told me I was to receive free paper supplies.

I have changed credit card processors, and am waiting to find out what the fee will be from Merchant Lynx.
Merchant Lynx was also overcharging me on the transactions.

I know I won't be able to recover all the money they have stolen from me, but I hope somehow to help someone else from falling into this trap.

As I mentioned, I am not finished with this company, and fully expect to have an exhorbitant fee assessed because I am changing companies.
How can we put a stop to this?
