Realtors Be ware, Sharp Residential does not pay Commissions

Last year I brought a client to them and purchased a home from them in the Dallas area. We closed on time and the day of the closing they did not paid us the commision saying that we can pick up the check the following day. Well, when i went to pick the check the next day, the said that they will not pay the commsion alleging that i was not a licensed realtor agent.

To make a long story short, we took them to small claim court where they lost the case and i was able to prove to the court that I was licensed and still are. The judge in this case was amazed about the fact that they tried to cheat us out of a commision that she let them have it that day. I still haven't being able to collect on the commision because they defaulted on the judgement so I'm still trying to collect by filling more papers against them.

If you are a Realtor or someone looking to purchase a home from them, beware as i can tell you my customers have had a lot issues with the house they purchased from them, and they will not pay your commission.
