After opening my monthly Verizon statement I noticed a charge for $ 10.88 dollars that I wasn't able to account for and a suspicious statement from Verizon "Your telephone services will not be disconnected for failure to pay for the charges on this portion of the bill?" immediately I knew something was wrong and went into the internet looking for this company, OSP COMMUNICATIONS, which leaded me to become aware of the numerous complaints against this company.

I called Verizon and spoke with Christine @ 0935 hours and she referred me to Ms. Singleton, the one responsible for billings @ 0941 hours. I ask her, Ms. Singleton, if Verizon was aware of the numerous complaints against this company for fraudulent charges. Ms. Singleton advised me that by law this company was able to report any charge, collect calls, and that they weren't that ones charging me but OSP communications. Ms. Singleton also advised me to contact BBB, Attorney General, and consumers report and make a complaint.
