SNSLamps
Snsdesigns, inc. My First SCAM in 80 years

Miscellaneous

On April 26, I ordered 2 lamps from snslamps.com. The company provided me with a confirmation and debited my bank account $539.91. To date (Sept. 2) I have not received My lamps. I have emailed them several times with little results. They responded 4 times. 1. They were having trouble with their computer, 2. They were out of stock 3. Having trouble with the supplier. 4. Choose other lamps, 5. And lastly Will mail check (7-15-08). It took a threat of Better Business to even get a response.

Communications included no names, No human answering the phone and no complete email address. My checking account debit showed a better Company name and on Media Mail blog I found a office address, still with no human name. The address and incomplete email are the only ones they used. I dug for the others. I should have checked that out before I ordered the lamps, but I doubt all that would be available to me without ordering.

For 80 years I have delt with honest people and that includes working EBay. I'm now doing everything I can to spare others a loss with this company.
