Six years later magistrate court said i owe bank 1207.48 plue68.00 west suite 1400

Did not know anything about i owe first consumer natl bank no letter send are this attorneys has never send me any thing about this now magistrate court has send me papers that i owe 1207.46 and 68.00 court costi do not owe that bank anything i had so mush trouble with that bank about the way they done me they said i could not use my credit card any more that they were stopping the cards i ask them how much did i owe them because every moth the bill was always mess up but i paid them off in 2002 and cut my card in two and mail it back with my payment now six years i owe this and papers serve on me why if i owe this why have they waited six years later to say this and beside my card was only for 500.00 limted so how could i have chg that much over this is arip off and also the collection co. Is right in the middle of it also they know all of this to. What do i need to say when i go to court i have thirty days to file a answer on this i look up on the computer and then found out that they are doing a lot other customers the same way what do i need to do about getting this mess stop first consumer natl bank is a rip off and flase trying to collect accounts that is not even owe and sell accounts to outside co to try and collect on this needs to be stop
