Sessoms & Rogers, P.A. Sent court papers to me about an old bank account that I haven't had for 2 years that was not being used anymore

I had a bank with Wachovia Bank about 3 and 1/2 years ago, and I stopped that account about 2 years ago. I didn't have this account at all so, just the other I received a paper from the court about owning this bank $1300.00 and I don't have this account sense 2007. So I don't know who these people are and if this person is for real and what this money is for. These is a scary feeling to get papers from a company that you know that you haven't owed any amount of money to a account for the past 2 years. If anyone has received any papers from this company and know if they are real please let me know.
