Abusive, strong armed tactics for getting money from me for loan I never had

I was contacted today at my employment by a women who claimed that I owed a payday loan. She told me if I did not contact her within an hour with my lawyer I would "suffer the consequences!

When I tried to get info from her she became very irate and after a lot of questions I only got the phone number (213-221-1422). I contacted my husband and he contacted this number, which she had said it was her direct line, it rang 20 times when some one finally came on he became angry when my husband accused him of ripping us off since we do not have a payday loan with them. My husband told this man that he wanted him to say to him that he would not contact my wife at her employement which he would not do. All he said is that "he can end this right now"! They had no information regarding this loan that the first caller said I had and he just hung up the phone.

Finally he told my husband after name requests that they are "Sonic Cash. After looking them up on the following website, usacomplaints.com I saw that they have many reports against them. They bully people and scare them with legal actions and jail time! Unfortunately a lot of people have given there credit card numbers to pay these "so called" debts. This has to stop. Someone needs to track these people down and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Luckily I was not taken in by these people but they scared me very much. So I can understand how some people with just pay them. I have also contacted several watch dog groups on local and national television to report this company.
