Cindy Williams I ordered a $88 bag, sent 9 emails, called 3 weeks, and nothing!

I have ordered off of cosmofriend before with no problems. But I had noticed when I first started looking her site that a couple weeks later she switched to a new web address and all new merchandise. I bought from her in July 07.. With no problem. I bought again (well gave money to) her July 28 and was told I'd have it 5-7 days! After 2 weeks, I left an email. No response, I left 2 more. Same thing. I called, and for 3 weeks now the voicebox is full with messages left on there since August 10!! All in all I have sent 10 emails and made serveral phone calls, for nothing. Shes not responding back to anyone. And I am already on to her "NEW" web site that she is opening again. It wont be cosmofriend, but it will have the same merchandise. So buyers beware! I filed a complaint with the BBB and Tuesday I am calling the LAPD to see if there is anything any of us can do about it. So far what I heard... I dont think this is even the start of the many people who got ripped off!!!
