Rip-off misleading was told I would be contacted I wasn't consumer fraud

I was contacted about a website. I was told that the first month would be free and could cancel at anytime. I was never recontacted about the website. Very misleading... I haven't heard from them since.

The next thing I knew I was being billed for setup fees that I was not told about. Especially since it was a trial and I haven't even seen the website at this point. No other contact was established. The next thing I knew my phone bill was astranomical.

Now they want 83.70... I have seen nothing that would even remotely constitute an 80 dollar bill. No way... I'll go to court before this happens.
