Blindsided by the scam artists

I am a union railroad foreman, I have worked for the rr for 17 years. I decided to try an easier version of the rr and become certified in track inspection. Back in june of 08 I contacted Allen RR and spoke with them and to make a long story short they allowed me to take the test for less because I had so much experience. So I took the FRA 213 RR test and passed, I did have some trouble along the way while studying for the test, and I called Sue Allen and she explained to me what I was having trouble with so in that regaurd she does know what she is talking about. After passing the test I was to go to Stanton Ky and meet up with Mr Allen to sign a contract for 3 months. He made it sound real good as far as relocating to where I wanted to be and the $ that I would be making. When I showed up I was expected to take a safety test, then he wanted me to work with a volunteer to make sure I know what I was doing! What a Joke! Before I left he said that his wife would send out my certification and the conract. Well as you all know that did not happen. He had called me and asked me to inspections in OH and turn them in by e-mail and then once his wife looked them over I was supposed to be paid 10-15 days later. As you all know this did not happen. It is now the end of Aug and still no pay or certificate. All I get is a none answering of Steve Allens phone which is total bs to leave a message. However if you call his secretaries in which by the way is a different one every time I called, he will call you immediately and tell you not to contact them again because they are agents and they dont know about pay. He was defianetly pissed off. Beware of this slime and lets bring him down!!!
