Mail scams and fraud

I recieved a letter in the mail with a check for 4998.00 telling me to deposit it into my account and that when the check cleared i would mystry shop walmart gap western union and if i done this i would make 300 dollars and was able to keep my merchanise. If i did good then i would be hired on full time. I didnt have a checking account so i opened an account with the check to see if it was real. The bank called me today and told me it was a scam! Beware of this!!!

When i called them a man picked up the phone and when i told him that i found that this was a fraud they hung up on me. Beware they are trying to get people to put it in their account. I think to take peoples money out of thier accounts! They couldnt get mine cause i opened a new account and there was nothing in there but their fake check!!!
