Wrongful termination

Hi, i'm a fomrer worker of dollar general store#1350 in fla. I truly believe i had been wrongfully terminted on 8/8/08 for a customer's check not having the approriate resources in her lender. I, whilst the cashier i created the mistake of pushing the money sensitive switch rather than the check sensitive switch. After making that error i instantly notified our asst. Supervisor ms. Toni robinson of the mistake. She found see what was the issue and merely nonchanlty blew it off and went back to performing her responsibilities. I had been written up / finished and she was not. It is kinda of funny that after my dismissal in the company i today realize that ms. Robinson must have did a transaction void and had me re-band the item over. Where's the justice? I have confidence in what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong? I'm asking that i be reinstated or ms. Toni robinson must be wriiten up/ended aswell, hence making it her 3rd and final writeup.
