Don't trust this banking instatute. They are out to take your hard earn money with they bate of lowest rates. You see they charge you a 325 dollar fee for a loan in which you can never qualify for. Believe me most banks will kill for individuals like me. Close to a 800 credit score, a low DTI ratio, Plenty of equity in my home and I got denied. Once they had no futher excuses Veronica at the Norht Miami Beach Branch told me why I was sending here further documents when my loan was denied. I still had 14 days remaining on my lock in rate. You see they just wanted to take in my application fee, support there appreasier and than deny my loan. Everyone wins except the consumer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! They are decitful.
