Sent products after account was cancelled

Company sent products and charged two times 88.97 after i cancelled. When i called they said i didn't cancell. This time they are saying the account is cancelled as of 8/19/08 they charged 88.97 two times tomy credit card. Without my permission. I sent product back when i received it return tio sender. This time i still have it and now they never recived the first package I sent back. I will send this one back and get a tracking number. My credit card company says i need this number to file a dispute.
