In 1980 Sam Ezedinma, a Nigerian National who had come to America fo go to school at U of Delaware to do Engineering, went to Schenectady NY to admit paternity on our son. Because he had a Delaware address the paperwork was also sent to Delaware. He was getting his Masters in Business Administration (to my knowledge) at Rutgers. He agreed to $100/month till he was out of school then we were to up it to his income.in July 1982 he called and said he was going home. My lawyer called RCA David Sarnoff Div and they said he had left. She stopped handling the case because she could not locate an address.

In January of 1983 I received a mysterious letter saying he had come back to America. Around 1988 I had tracked him down to Ft Worth Texas. Adams County of Ohio child support had his Social security number failed to bring him in to justice. Fleeing the state or Country to avoid child support is a Federal law Code 18-so Sam is now a felon.

In 1991 through a series of events, Sam shows up sees us living in total poverty due to my bad health-no running water and an indoor out house and he still fails to provide support and he brings in immigrants to live the American dream. President Bush and the Governor of Texas has these pictures.

A lawyer in Brown County Ohio in 1990 said we could go back to our son's birth and come forward on income but as soon as she knew I was on Public Assistance she refused to work for me. When I lived in Ok the lawyer said "let your tribal lawyers work on it" I said I am not from the Ok tribes. According to Brown County lawyer Sam now owes us $888,000.00 according to my figures.
