Stealing from hard workers!

The company stole my husbands information off of a third party website. Sign him up for services in which he did not ask for. Then of all they took money out of our banking account. I dont know about other people in the this country but it is hard to keep and for that fact to make money. I am frustrated at the fact that the company is giving me the run around about my money. They said that they refunded my money on this day and that it will take 3 to 5 days to put the money back into my account but it has not showed up and my bank says that they have no record of the money being put back.
