They got my banking information from a third party and they drafted $139.95 causing overdrafts and they are refusing to give me my money back

They got my banking information from a third party and they drafted $139.95 causing overdrafts and they are refusing to give me my money back. They took the money in December and they now claim they refunded it to the same account on 05-06. I closed the checking account in February and I have faxed them a letter from the bank showing no deposit from them. They are still refusing to mail a paper check to me. A Nicole keeps giving me excuses.
