I had this company out to my home to do a roof inspection from hail damage. The inspection performed by Ricky Richardson was very short and not well performed. When he left our home he hit our brick mailbox and did not bother to come back and knock on the door to report what he had done. If it had not been for our neighbors we would not have ever known what he had done. My neighbors observed him jump out the truck and try to replace the bricks in hopes that it would be unnoticeable.

When I called the contractor he not once mentioned it until I said I know what you did and I want you to replace my mailbox. At that time he then admitted to hitting my box. He did not immediately report it to the owner of the company. When the owner was notified we advised us he would replace it however he sent day workers out to our home to not replace the entire mail box but to try to patch up the job and take short cuts.

We have had to call a brick mason, to get estimates on replacing our entire mail box in hopes that the company will do the right thing. Not once had the driver or the owner mentioned having their insurance take care of the matter which leads me to believe that they may not be properly insured. Due to the dishonesty of the driver and owner of the company I would not trust this company to perfume any work on my property nor would I recommend them to others.
