This is a fly-by-night organization. Do NOT give them any money!

I also received a threatening call from this company. They called my uncle and threatened to send out a "summons" because this company was suing me for an old HSBC debt. The debt was charged off in and the balance owed is around $1000.

My uncle told me this, so I called them back. Not only was the guy who answered the phone (claimed to be Larry, the head of legal) rude and unprofessional, he told me I had to pay $2125!!! He kept asking me if i was going to take responsiblity for this debt. I told him that I needed verification that this debt is owed. The verbal harassment from his end continued. He continuously belittled me, told me that I would be facing several lawsuits. Which is totally rediculous. I am a paralegal student, so I do have some knowledge of the law.

Be advised: these people are pathetic. Rude, unethical, unprofessional, and illegal tactics on their part will not be tolerated. I stewed over it all night and called them back this morning and told their "answering machine" that they better never contact me again.
